GRAND PARC is a residential development located one mile from the city. It is a shining example of a successful redevelopment project that was achieved through a thoughtful partnership with government and the community at large.
Our redevelopment plan for the site enabled us to successfully obtain rezoning of the property from the Geneva Parliament. We also worked in partnership with neighbors and local associations assuring them that we would preserve the quality of life in the existing neighborhood.

In 1998 and in 2000, we built two luxury condominium buildings on the property. These new apartments offered the highest standard of construction available with granite facades, precious wood entrance halls and the very best in amenities. As a result, all 25 units were sold prior to completion.
We also refurbished two of the existing rental buildings into superior high-end rentals, offering 25 brand new units. The two other existing properties were also renovated and now offer 50 small- to medium-sized rental units.
Since the property was located in a private park, a particular effort was made to preserve the natural setting, including the creation of pedestrian pathways to connect the property to surrounding promenades.
