Tamman Properties is exploring investment opportunities that fulfill the following criteria:


Value Added

Acquisition or development of land or multi-tenanted buildings showing an upside potential through the creation of additional space, improvement of existing space, or repositioning/re-leasing.


Core

Prime real estate located in major cities, including office buildings in CBD or Class A office buildings in close vicinity and residential apartment buildings. The scope of these investments is a minimum 10 years.







Indirect

Occasional investment into indirect investment vehicles, such as syndications, publicly-traded companies or investment funds, as well as private equity funds related to real estate.
